Follow up on json editor tree is crap. May 15th, 2008 Just to let everyone know I’m not totally slacking on the rewrite of the json editor here’s two screen dumps I made this evening. TestJS is a JavaScript unit testing framework that I’m making. I am developing it because I want a test framework that works well outside of a browser (i.e. pure JavaScript, no html) and allows testing of asynchronous code. None of the existing frameworks that I could find did both of these things. The basic interface is where I want it to be. The main things outstanding are user documentation, making it easy to extend and a few other bits and pieces. What I’m working on right now is porting

Just yesterday the peeps over at Google Code announced something that I think is a great resource, Google Doctype. While I'm sure many others will cover the benefit and potential of the HOW-TO's and collaborative documentation, the thing I am excited the most about is the open sourcing of some of Google's JavaScript codebase. Bit of a darn handy one this. Im currently writing an application that is heavliy database driven (arent they all) however most users will enter very little data but view alot. I knew Reporting Services was the tool to use to layout lots of data quickly but I couldnt figure out how I could use this until now. Certains l'avaient peut-être remarqué, depuis quelques jours, le blog ramait grave ! Les symptômes : le bandeau, qui change selon l'heure de la journée, ainsi que différentes couleurs du site mettaient du temps à s'afficher. La faute au script de Twitter qui ralentissait le chargement de la page et reculait d'autant l'évènement domready de MooTools.
